Home Care Association of India Signs Strategic MoU with Surisolis Ventures Pvt Ltd to Strengthen DPDP Compliance in Home Healthcare

Home Care Association of India has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Surisolis Ventures Pvt Ltd to advance compliance under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 across the home healthcare ecosystem.

The agreement was formally signed at the Mumbai office of Surisolis Ventures.

Focus of the Partnership

This initiative centers on strengthening governance standards in Indian home healthcare. The primary objective is to ensure structured, defensible, and future-ready data protection practices as patient information increasingly moves across caregivers, devices, platforms, and partner networks.

Through this collaboration, HCAI member organizations will receive:

• Strategic DPDP compliance roadmaps
• Sector-specific awareness and leadership workshops
• Structured governance frameworks
• Practical implementation guidance tailored to home healthcare delivery models
