India's Care Begins at Home

Join the national movement built on care, dignity and trust

Homecare Association of India

(HCAI)

We bring together homecare providers, digital health builders, and compliance leaders with a shared purpose. We work to make home-based care safe, ethical, and reliable across India. Our focus is simple. Build trust. Improve quality. Support care that feels calm, respectful, and dependable for families, patients, and caregivers in every home.

To elevate home-based healthcare as a trusted, high-quality, and integral part of India’s health system by:

● Establishing national standards that ensure consistency, safety, and excellence in homecare delivery.

● Advocating policy reforms that uphold the rights of patients, protect caregivers, and empower providers across the continuum of care.

● Fostering cross-sector collaboration among startups, clinicians, hospitals, insurers, and governments to co-create scalable, sustainable solutions.

● Championing ethical practices, transparency in outcomes, and a patient-first ethos that builds public trust in home-based care.

● Investing in capacity building through workforce development, continuous skilling, and innovation in service design and digital enablement.

We exist to ensure that every home in India can be a place of healing with dignity, and hope—supported by a strong, respected, and future-ready homecare ecosystem

Our Mission
Our Vision

To position homecare as an integral and trusted pillar of India’s health architecture—driven by strong governance, empowered providers, and a respected, future-ready workforce.

Founder & National Convenor, HCAI

My journey in homecare has convinced me of one simple truth: people deserve the choice to receive safe, dignified, and high-quality care in the place they call home.

We founded the Homecare Association of India (HCAI) to bring together providers, caregivers, healthcare leaders, innovators, and policymakers around a shared mission: strengthening India's homecare ecosystem.

As HCAI grows, our focus remains clear, building the systems, standards, partnerships, and advocacy needed to ensure that every Indian family can access trusted care at home

As we often say

"Healthcare adds years to life. Homecare adds life to those years."

If this vision resonates with you, we invite you to join us as we work together to shape the future of care in India.
